Not the fault of your team. I wanted something done that
can’t be done on my Truly Spectacular Rav4 TRD Off Road,
at least not without spending way too much. The guy was
considerate, honest and thorough, thinking of ways to make
it work, but it won’t.

You may consider showing wheels off and tire tread depth with gauge. Plus a quick shot of brake pads and speak slower.

It was quicker this time. Last time it took 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation and they lost my hub cap or put it on too loose. So this time was better.
