It took several phone calls but service manager Smiles Dominici worked out a way to get me an equivalent update and my 2016 Prius looks lovely as it can, given its age. Service went smoothly and promptly with excellent communication.

The service I came in for was completed. There was a recall that was discovered when I checked in that was added to the service. My only issue was the length of time I had to wait. It would have been nice if I gad been told how much longer it would take. I waited for 2 1/2 hours. I would've made other arrangements

Multipoint inspection is a joke. I need all 3 wiper blades and there was no mention of it
