I was impressed with the Service Dept. I had an emergency while driving to the coast. I called Damian Lillard Toyota to see if there was any way for the Service Dept to take a look at my car and provide a fix. Even though they were busy they squeezed me in and helped me get back on the road. Every person I interacted with was positive and courteous. I would highly recommend Damian Lillard Toyota!

I was waiting for my car oil change to be done. After 90 minutes I walked up to the desk to ask about the status.. I was told it was done 10 minutes prior but the “parts department was not done checking on prices, even though had been given a “firm” quote before service started. I wasn’t very polite to the desk clerk and was checked out then.
Don’t mess with me, just do the work I asked you to do.

Not really happy about a bad antenna seal is going to cost me about $1600.00 dollars. I bought a car that I love driving and enjoy having.
A car that I believe is a very high quality car. To not even make it five years, barely over 50,000 miles is sad. No matter what, I love our Toyota

Everything was perfect, but I noticed on the drive home a new clanging sound in my front tires. I had new front brakes put on so I’m guessing that is it, but I’m hoping it goes away. Could not possibly be the wrong sized brake pad fittings? Maybe something needs adjusted or tightened down?
