Our only request is that there be more transparency in the amount of time that the appointment would take. We made clear the work that we were requesting and reiterated it when we received a call to confirm the appointment. During that call, we confirmed that we would be waiting at the dealership for the car. The work took 7 hours. That is not a reasonable amount of time for someone to wait at the dealership. So, we had to rent a car for $30. If we’d been told how long the work would take we would have made different plans and not felt stranded at the dealership and compelled to spend $30 that we weren’t planning on spending.

Every employee was great to work work.would really like to fix the recalls on my vehicles i keep getting mail about warning me im at risk when the reason they haven't been fixed isn't because of me.
Plus what good is sending me oil change coupons right after my oil change that you know will expire before my next one?
