Usually everything runs smoothly and in a timely manor, this time was not the case. Possibly due to short staffing for the service dept. Quoted up to 2 hrs and I did not have access to my vehicle for 2.5hrs+. I noticed my vehicle parked outside for 10mins before anyone let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to ask if it was my vehicle and if it was ready. I come from 20yrs in the service and field service industry so I get it. Just wanted to be honest if you wanted my feedback. I will return as a customer as I believe this is the exception and not the rule at the dealership.
