Our battery was completely dead after only having the vehicle for a short time. It is driven as often as our Prius we had for 17 years. The message from your establishment was, you need to drive it more to keep it charged. This is a ridiculous comment. We are not going to drive the vehicle around for no reason to just keep it charged. We did not buy this vehicle to just drive around for no reason to keep the battery charged. We are very dissatisfied with being told this.

I had new tires put on today. The tires I thought were being installed today were not what I asked for, when I made the service appointment. I asked before they started to confirm the tires were the same tires I had on my vehicle. Nitto Ridge Grapler tires. They said yes. Turns out they were not, and I was already at the dealership 3 hours waiting. It is disappointing. I think taking better notes and better communication would help. The service manager did offer a complimentary detail for my SUV to make things right, and I accepted.
