It appears there may be an error. Austin was my technician, and he is an exceptional individual to represent your company. He demonstrates his expertise and attentiveness to inquiries in a professional manner. He took the time to make me more comfortable with the car. I asked about an option what the idrive is not showing and made an inquire how to have it turned on. It was on my E38 and I can not find it in the menu on G12. I believe he was going to talk to Troy about it.
