Troy is an outstanding service advisor. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, respectful, and attentive. He took the time to explain the service process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure.
What really stood out was his communication and follow-through. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured everything was handled efficiently and correctly. It’s clear that Troy genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in his work.
Because of Troy, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and positive, I would absolutely recommend working with him and will be requesting him again in the future.
