Troy is the best service guy ever. I appreciate everything he’s done for me for the past couple years and because of Troy I would only ever have Bmw‘s now so he can be my service guy.
I live right next to Bmw Camelback, but I’d rather drive all the way to Arrowhead Bmw because of the service there is 10 times better and everyone is so nice

Troy went the extra mile for me. I brought the car in last Saturday at 10:30 for routine maintenance. But Troy noticed that my sun roof would not go all the way down, so he put that on the list of items to be done. Arrowhead service department was packed with cars. I asked if I would get the car back on Saturday. Troy assured me that I would. Troy stayed there after closing to make sure I could pick up my car. Both Troy and the tech that worked on my car were simply fantastic. I could not be more pleased. Arrowhead BMW is the best.
