Got pushback from 2 service advisors regarding my letter from
BMW about the extended warranty on the PCV diaphragm and my claim that my car is having the issue described. They’re treating it like I’m trying to pull one over and get a free service. Never had that kind of abrasive treatment in the past. Secondly, I got a nice guilt trip when asked if I need a ride home and a response of “we don’t have an unlimited budget for transportation.” I live in Sun city west, not in flagstaff. If your budget for shuttle rides has diminished, that’s fine, let us know but no need for that. I’m paying 20% (or more) for service thru the dealership because I figured that rides are worked into the overall higher price. Been going to bmw dealerships for 20 years now, never given a “not satisfied” review before.

Carmella is amazing ! She’s professional, personable and communicates very well through every service that my BMW needs. What also has stood out for me is the fact that she listened to my concerns. I was having an issue with my brand new X7 and was told for almost a year by more than one other service provider that my air conditioning was fine. However Carmela got my Beamer in immediately and diagnosed the issue. There were faulty parts. She got to the bottom of my concern an d fixed the issue. If I am being honest she is my primary reason for remaining at the Arrowhead branch. I recommend her to everyone who is considering purchasing and /or getting their BMW serviced. Thank you!

Carmella is amazing!!! I struggled with some other advisors even asked not to gwt certain ones. Carmella is has been the best! She goes beyond to make sure every need gets met!
