I was impressed with the service, suggested services, and all the employees. Professional, approachable, know their job, no pressure, updates on the service, and so on.
As a single woman, I have always been impressed with the service manager and other employees I have had the pleasure of working with. I have never been made to feel I was taken 'advantage of'. I am comfortable in the dealership.
Additionally, as I waited for my services to be completed, I was impressed by the staff working with customers, including returning customers, and those waiting for their services. All were happy.

When I made the appointment, I advised the lady (I don’t remember her name) that I would need an X5 or X7 as a loaner due to the fact that I am 6’ 6” and I do not fit into many vehicles. She told me that she would make sure to pass on the information to the people who take care of the loaner vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that the female had NOT passed on the information and I was placed into the vehicle that was to small and very uncomfortable.
