Not interested in being reached out to we will not need any of your services as we will be selling the BMW. It’s baffling that an expensive vehicle with such low mileage, Would have such a catastrophic failure just weeks after its warranty expires with no assistance from your team. I would expect more when purchasing vehicle over 50k. A $20,000 offer for a vehicle that we purchased for over $50,000 is very insulting. You guys are basically selling overpriced garbage. They should definitely mention that when they are selling you the vehicle that as soon as you drive off the lot it’s value goes down more then half, We want no part of it. And will be sure to share our experience with anyone even thinking about purchasing a bmw.

Joe has been very helpful and polite every time I’ve brought my car in for service or repair. I would not be returning again to Arrowhead BMW because of damage done to my vehicle while being repaired. Joe was able to equitably deal with the matter. In my years of owning vehicles and dealing with service reps. I would say that Joe is one of the best that I have had the pleasure of being helped by. I would also say that he is a great asset to Arrowhead’s service department .

My car overheated on the way home, had to pull over to let it cool. Heard the sound of boiling water, saw steam, and coolant on the ground. Opened the hood and the coolant reservoir tank was off to the side and it was empty. I expect you to remedy the situation.
