I have to be honest since switching to Arrowhead BMW a few years ago I really haven’t had that great of a service experience. I do have to say that the Service Manager Devin Kass was great at following up with me and listening to my concerns. So today I came in and everything went amazing! I was greeted by Steve Emery & he was easy going yet had a very professional demeanor; it was a nice change for me at Arrowhead BMW.
