I was informed that the battery was tested and it was bad and needed to be replaced for over $500. As soon as I said that it had been replaced in January all of a sudden further testing needed to be done before it could be replaced under warranty. and then it didnt need to be replaced after all. the whole thing seams fishy

The technician that came out to fix it spent two hours diagnosing the problem then ordered the part. When it came back out it was the wrong part we are still waiting for the correct part and for the car to be fixed.

I will decline any further interaction with George. He failed with my first interaction with him back in October. He requested he have the opportunity to provide a better experience next time.
