We came in on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 for our 2nd Complimentary Oil Change and although we were willing to wait for the vehicle, it took longer than we expected. It took 3 hours for an oil change, inspection, and air cabin replacement. It was not so much as being there for three hours, but as customers, the Service Advisor did not inform us until 2 hours into the service that she would check on the car. After about 15 or 20 minutes, she never came back to give a status of the vehicle but rather we had to go to her. After speaking with her, we were told that the Technicians were having problems resetting the service for upcoming oil changes. Around 30 or 40 minutes later they solved the problem and the vehicle was ready.
Reason for dissatisfaction, is we feel that the Service Advisor should be more engaged, friendlier, and customer oriented, in a timely manner, which she was not.
As a matter of fact, this was our third visit to Arrowhead BMW and all our visits have not been to our satisfaction, mainly because the Service Advisors do not seem to be as friendlier or customer oriented as we are accustomed to from other Luxury Dealers that are not BMW.

I appreciated your valet service. I’m a senior and live in Goodyear, which is quite a ways from you at arrowhead. Mike the Driver was outstanding, friendly, personable trustworthy. I enjoyed meeting him. He picked up my car and also delivered it. The only thing I was disappointed in was the backseat and the trunk were not vacuumed. The front only was vacuumed and the dash was not wiped down or the steering console. I would hope in the future you would make sure that your service people do a superior job on the interior of the car. You would expect that at BMW.
