I am completely satisfied with the service Taylor provided, with receiving video updates on what was inspected but dissatisfied with the challenges associated with the vehicle. It has been something different at least every other month. I understand it has to happen while in the service department’s possession but please know these issues are actually happening at least weekly if not daily.
