Loaner was promised/reserved but not available when we arrived. A loaner with broken windshield, dirty, bad brakes, bad screen was then provided. It got us to our destination but it was pretty substandard. Not the first time this has happened. Sadly, your loaners are not reliable.

Every thing was discussed when I picked up my car and none of the itemized list of concerns that I provided in writing had been done while my car was there for ,5 days. Very disappointed as well as huge inconvenience getting my car to your shop 30+ miles each way, a complete waist of my time.

Continuation from my last post. A question from the person at the table when you get your report and pay your money would be example. Would you like to talk to the tech that did the inspection. I will admit I did not ask if I could talk to the tech, but then again for the Customerservice side I think an opportunity on your end to ask that question would've been more effective. After waiting for hours I don't think a 10 to 15 minute conversation with someone would take away from your company business plan. On the other side, people would feel a lot more comfortable walking away from your company and feeling that your time and money just didn't go to another corporation who just cares about the bottom line, which is revenue. Your snacks offered were very limited. It look like there was no one who cared to put the time or effort in. It probably would have been better just not to have any offered at the time. This is for December 19 also having a place where a small USB hub somewhere which would not take away from how the company Luxor would be professional would've been nice as well to offer for people that are sitting there and waiting that have phones. They cannot charge your phone in their car because you have it and there's nowhere else for phone to be charged. The only reason I'm saying this is because you asked me to do a survey I could go on and on but I will in now.
