Michael, the tech and valet were amazing. They went out of their way to bring a loaner car to me as I only have one car. This is the second I have dealt with Arrowhead BMW, and am a very happy customer. They kept their word on putting me on the waiting list for the recall, and took care of me every step of the way. I have made my service appointments online. Every time I have arrived, it takes about 5 minutes to find my appointment. Also, my online appointment states what service I am requesting, but I have to verbally tell the service advisor what services I am getting. There seems to be a disconnect between online appointments and the information getting to where it is supposed to go. No complaints about the service advisor or the service.

My service advisor never explained there would be a charge for checking to see what was wrong with the A/c I’m my vehicle. I have gone there for service in the past and not once have I been charged to have my vehicle checked. This time I was charged $420. Had I known this up front I would have not left my car to be checked. This was a high amount that I was not expecting and I truly don’t feel that I should have been charged. I was considering having the A/C fixed there but not anymore. I feel taken advantage of. I’m the past I have had great experiences there, but this time was very disappointing. I hope there is some way you guys can make this right or I will have to go elsewhere. Thank you.
