Everything was great from the communication with Shane to the repairs by the technician. My only comment for improvement would be to wash/clean the loaner vehicles. Both loaners had personal items (water bottles, trash, shoe prints on windshield) and I am happy to say that I brought both loaner vehicles back in better condition that I received them. I appreciate the opportunity of using a loaner vehicle but when the first trip out of the dealership is to a car wash for the loaner, that does not represent the level of service and quality that I have come to expect from Arrowhead BMW.
