I just really feel like my time was wasted no one took the time to check my battery or alternator I was told something sticky off of what I said happened when I was driving I feel like more effort should of been put into checking my car with my warranty it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I won’t bring my car to this location to get fixed I’ll tell you that

I brought my car in for A/C diagnostics and was told there would be no cost. Then i was told there was no visible leaks but that the refrigerant charge was low. Then they said they would have to charge it back up with refrigerant and dye to see if there was a leak. This resulted in me having to pay $366 and receive my car back with a still non functioning A/C. It seems like they could have just evacuated the system and pulled a vacuum then watched the gauges to see if there was a leak. At that point after seeing that there must have been a large leak somewhere like a hole in the condenser which is my issue we could have avoided charging the system back up for it all to just leak out in a few hours then me having to pay $366
To me it seems like the evac and charge was done under the guise of diagnostics which i was told would be no charge. But then turn around and charge me for a service that didnt work. Had this repaired my A/C i would have no issue paying for it but the fact that i paid for a service to complete a diagnostic test seems disingenuous on Arrowhead BMW’s part when i was told there would be no cost
