This would be the first and last time am bringing my BMW X5 for service. I was charge for a frayed wire issue of one of the sensors coz the SA told me it was not under warranty. Then the vinegar smell on my AC issue the SA told me it was due to the material of the evaporator which is BS again. They want to charge me for deodorizing the AC, and its not under warranty again. This car has 6.9k mi had thus for less than a year. It end up they deodorize it for free but they upcharge me $594 to repair the sensor wire which should be under warranty in the first place.
