I took my car for a diagnosis. My car was diagnosed to need to lines repaired for leaks. I was promised to have my car washed and delivered if I agreed to the fix. I agreed and the tech replaced those parts. I was called at the end of the day and told this didn’t fix my car, after replacing…and it wasn’t safe to drive, so they wouldn’t be able to drop it off for me. I had to take a Lyft to pick my non repaired vehicle. I payed $600 and my car drove worse leaving there. I left a message for the director and have been ignored. I feel my car should be repaired by arrowhead bmw. Colin was my advisor and he called to tell me I would have to pay $400 to fix my car. I already payed $600 for nothing. I will write a google review this Saturday as I have not heard anything back and have called several times.

I am very disappointed with my total experience replacing the rear brake pads worn within 7,000 miles.
When I bought my X1 a few months ago, the sales person really bragged that the BMW brakes last between 30,000 to 70,000 miles but I have driven only 7, 000 miles because I work from home and don't drive much.
I’d two Lexus, Toyota, Subaru but never replaced the rear brake within 7,000 miles.
I bought this X1 with 15,000 miles so over all 22,000 miles replacing the break is SO strange. And they didn’t give me a valid reason.
Also, the loaner department charged $10.00 per gallon gasoline which I had 112 miles on when I dropped the loaner car. They charged a $50.00 deposit which they didn’t credit back.
Carmella said she will talk to the loan dept and I called severtimes and left messages but I never heard back.
The loaner car is a total scam and very expensive.
I definitely won't take my car to ArrowHead BMW for the service and won't recommend it to anyone.
