I had brought the vehicle in 3 times for loud front end noise, the first time was right after I purchased the vehicle and the second was in December. I was told both times that there were no issues. I brought the car in for the third time yesterday and issues were found that I have been trying to get fixed for months.
I asked for an appraisal yesterday and didn’t receive one.
It sure seems like there is major communication issues.

I was there with my husband and Carmela kept addressing my husband as if I wasn’t physically present. She continued to say “what did she see on the service did it need an oil change or break fluid oil” I would answer to her but she would continue only speaking to my husband. I speak fluent English I’m not sure why I was disrespected that way. Also the rear armrest was not deliberately broken, it was broken by closing it and opening it my kids sit back there it shouldn’t break from continuing daily use. The cover cap came off from putting the car seat and taking it off. It shouldn’t break that easy either. It’s upsetting that for a 2021 bought new high dollar vehicle that I’ve only had two years these things are not covered. I’m not happy with the service and feel completely dissatisfied with how I was treated.
