The technician moved the passenger seat back (probably to get to the cabin filter) and somehow didn’t realize a baby car seat was right behind it. When we got the car back the car seat was being forced into the rear seat by the front passenger seat and took a good four inches of seat travel before the front seat stopped making contact with the car seat. I was most concerned with damage to the car seat and or the front seat leather but miraculously the plastic car seat held up and the leather wasn’t damaged.

Mike and his Mobile Service Team are fantastic!! Logan took great care of us. We have experienced better service than taking our cars into the Dealership, as they are always easy to setup appointments, are friendly, polite and don’t mess up my clean cars with fingerprints or dirt on my mats. Suggestion : Mobile oil change service. Would be very convenient and I personally would pay extra for it. I wouldn't have to leave the office and deal with rentals etc....
