The whole process seemed disorganized and frustrating. We arrived at our appointment time and had to wait till our advisor was free. That same day we were told the car was complete and headed to the dealer to find out it was actually having issues with the AC. We luckily got a loaner car and headed back home. The next day Tuesday we were told it needed AC compressor, after back and forth we decided to have you complete the work. Checking back daily because we were never updated without asking, we were told the car wasn’t ready, finally was told on Thursday afternoon it would be done Friday and Colin would help us. About 1pm Friday I called and Colin said car was done. We proceeded to head over. When we arrived Colin was too busy to help us which Carmella was able to help. She found out our car wasn’t actually done, so back in the loner car we went, waisting more of our valuable work day. About two hours later she calls and said it was finally complete. This whole process was very disappointing and time wasting for us as customers of BMW which is a premium brand in my opinion. This frustrating experience will likely take us to search for other means to service our BMW even if it’s more inconvenient.

Mark was great and handled things quickly without a single hiccup or delay. I was just displeased to see that my vehicle still says I need an oil change when that’s what I had serviced yesterday. This also happened the last time I went to get an oil change it wouldn’t be a big enough deal to mention it if I didn’t live so far but since I do that is why I’m leaving this review.
