This past January marked my first purchase of the beemer family with a 435i Gran Coupe! When I spoke to Mark over the phone he was truly friendly and helped me secure an oil change appointment. Even though the oil change appt wasn’t really needed, Mark did a thorough assessment of the situation and collaborated wonderfully with PJ the mechanic. What an awesome team that helped me accomplish finding a deeper issue I had with my automobile. Mark was also really kind is securing a rental for me while my car got repaired. I appreciate everyone at the dealership who cared for my car health and took pride in their positions!

When they gave me a car to use, as they said they would, they made sure to tell me I had to give it back with the same amount of fuel as when I received it. And I told them fine just make sure my car has the same amount of gas in it as when they got it ( three quarters full). It came back and the indicator to fill it up was on. Also all the windows were water spotted so I was going to take it to the car wash, but then I remembered they just put on a vinyl bra and I didn’t receive any care instructions?!!

I was told that I needed an oil change and brake flush, when I didn't need one. The sticker on my windshield from my previous one, clearly indicated that. He told me that no work would be done until I got a quote. Not true. I felt pressured. Then I got a quote of 771.00 and it ended up being 1200.00. Overall not a good experience.

Very bad communication about the repair. I don’t think Service manager and advisor know what was done. Per technician the repair was complete but I was told that repair was not done but I was charged. Finally repair was complete next day. Hope communication improves.
