Brandon did a great job of explaining the scope of the visit today. He’s very good at his job. Message to check front breaks. It has been there for several months but just now within 200 miles My concern is with my visit on March 14th for regular oil change & inspection. The message was there at the time & I brought it to multiple peoples attention. The inspection measured the pads at 8 mm & they changed the brake fluid. I didn’t realize the message was still there when I left. I brought the vehicle back today to find out they should have handled on 3-14, they measured wrong & it cost me almost $1k in repairs! While I waited for over 3 hrs a salesman texted me to stop over & talk options for a new car…just a text. Very tacky…..I’ve been coming to your dealership since it first opened. I have to tell you, your service levels have greatly deteriorated

The new electronic check for battery Heaviside a joke. Don’t even bother checking the battery but look at electronics which clearly show complete power loss with a dead battery and keep trying to recharge. It has been identified by the owner last service and it continues to loos charge very quick. It is bad and owner will experience again.
