The good news is that the car went in and out quickly ! The bad news iOS Amanda came out to me and told me my tires were wearing and I needed an alignment! I just had the tires changed about 300 miles ago and they are not showing any wear ! I told her that and then she told me that well you should have an alignment done when getting new tires anyway! Then she said if we put it on and it doesn't need it we won't charge you ! Well you just told me my tires were showing wear so that made no sense to me ! Then I asked for my car not to be washed and it came out not completely dry ! I just washed it before I went there so now it goes thru a wash again and I was trying to get out of there and had to dry it in front of the dealership myself ! So I would say it wasn't my best experience at a dealership! I'm not blaming Amanda at all because she is probably relaying a message from the tech . But my car was spotless when I brought it there and not when I picked it up !

I was not satisfied due to the fact, I am a BMW tech. I brought my car for a tire change and got a $9100 bill for things that were not wrong with my car and now my car does run differently than it did when I brought it to you. No one spoke with me about the issues on the RO when I came to pick up my car. Which for as serious as the issues they pointed out, you would think someone would discuss them with me. Just because I have out of state plates does not mean Im not aware of what goes on in a shop behind closed doors. As a BMW tech Im highly disappointed in these actions and will be contacting upper management.
