Car was supposed to be throughly detailed and after it being there two days I received my vehicle and the interior windows (windshield and rear window) were not even cleaned. The exterior of the windshield had wax residue on it from being waxed.
Not the type of service I’m accustomed to receive from a BMW dealership.
However, the service rep was great and even noticed the first wax job was not acceptable and had it redone but the technician that performed the detail work was less than attentive and it clearly showed.

Appointment scheduled for 8am, your team wasn’t prepared.
Had to keep the car all day for a tire change.
Wouldn’t send a car to bring us back to the shop after taking us home.
We were prepared to wait for tire change at 8.
But was told 11am ppl weren’t there.
THEN, didn’t get a call that car was ready til it was too late to come get it, they were closing in 20 minutes.
It was all unbelievable.
