Coliin is a wonderful service rep. I know he helps us out the best he can. We just couldn't believe tha the cost to replace a headlight was going to cost aroung $4000.00 dollars. That is highway robbery. That was more that my service earlier last month to get 2 ne tires, replace spark plugs, oil change plan. etc. Is the Headligh made with gold.Being a senior that was a big hit financially!

Big GOLD STAR for Shane Harrington for making the service run smoothly! They also did a fantastic job on washing up the car in the end! Very impressed by the professionalism from Devon. He greeted me right away out front and pointed me in the right direction until Shane was freed up. I also liked how the young gentleman with the dark curly hair that’s in the section where they do Car loaners for the day. I should’ve got his name.
He took care of the loaner car for me and that also went smoothly!
Unfortunately, I’m on a fixed income so I have to go to discount tires, but I will get 4️⃣ new tires and also get the alignment done as well! Tomorrow!
Thanks Again Arrowhead BMW for having an excellent team in the service center! Almost forgot a big GOLD STAR for the tire specialist gosh, I forgot his name. It might’ve been Steve. He did an excellent job! so now my car will be more safe on the road, especially during the hot summer!
