Bad Experience @ BMW?
I will put forth tremendous effort to be succinct conveying a problem with my last service visit.
The customer is always right? Not so! But according to Steve Emery he puts forth the effort to make sure a customer (me) was pleased with a very dissatisfying questionable situation—with my vehicle.
If I spent only $200. My satisfaction is just as important as when I spent over 8K.
How a problematic situation is handled is more important than the problem. And a satisfied client is “always” the end results @ BMW Arrowhead. If you are not pleased with service at your dealer ship, don’t go somewhere else and/or inform all your friends. Voice to the dealership. Not only was the misunderstanding handled professionally, it was prompt, and with a smile.
A knowledgeable service advisor,(Steve) is priceless because there are numerous options; if you want to frustrate yourself. I’ve experienced the others and Arrowhead BMW’s professionalism and technology cannot be matched. Efforts to keep a returning client are insurmountable and you have no competition.
