Colin was outstanding. What turned me off of Arrowhead BMW is the constant phone calls pressuring me to book my appointment EVEN AFTER I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT! On the first call I told them that I know I need to bring it in and don’t need to be reminded and then I received two more calls! It was harassment and it convinced me to walk away from Arrowhead BMW.
