Defective part was successfully replaced. Received a dirty loaner car-two large sticker leftover goop on front windshield and oily finger print smears on doors. Communication on status could be improved. I received what appeared to be auto-generated texts and suggested I reply with text for further questions, received no reply.

Although Michael was my assigned service advisor, I never saw him throughout the 2 days Arrowhead BMW had my 2022 X3M40i. Every conversation I had concerning the vehicle was with a different person & no one had immediate knowledge/tracking information on replacement of a windshield mounted, front camera/sensor hood.
Michael was off for the day to celebrate his son’s 4th birthday. I’m glad he was able to attend. I was a career Naval Aviator, Maintenance Officer, & FedEx MD-11 Captain. I missed countless birthdays, anniversaries & the birth of my daughter. We celebrated when we could-not necessarily on a specific day. I trained & ensured my officers & sailors had competent backup personnel & supervision to make 30 year old C-130’s fly during peacetime and in combat. Please don’t “thank me for my service”. Just do your jobs.
No one from Arrowhead BMW called with an update, or when work was complete. My phone call prompted someone to let me know the X3 was ready for pickup. I took the opportunity to let Service Manager, Devin, know his team let him (and me) down.
