I'm not sure why one of the employees(sales, I believe) was walking the sales floor in sweatpants and flipflops? I am fairly certain he was sales because he was bragging that he could make a sale while being dressed in sweatpants. Even though I was there for vehicle service, this was not a good impression. I expect more from BMW, as I am sure BMW does as well.
My service appointment, the reason for my visit, was excellent. My service advisor was knowledgeable and spot on with his time and cost estimate. Well done sir.
Now, if sales could only learn an ounce of professionalism from the service department, this dealership would be a '10'
