I was lied to about what repairs were covered by my extended warranty. I had multiple complaints about the car and only one issue was addressed. Then once the 1 repair that was covered was complete i was informed that it did not fix the issue and that the car could not be qorked on further by you. The car was kept for 11 days, the first thing I requested to be done was a compression test and it wasn't performed until the 10th day! I bought this car from you with 89,000 miles on March 22nd and I have driven it 11,000 miles and it is basically a lemon and you refuse to work on it or to help me in anyway to send the car to a proper shop capable of handing the issue. I brought up the TSB as well and it was ignored. And I requested an oil change that was never performed. I was also lied to about my deductible, thru text I was told it was $20 but it was actually $240. You paid for half of it but I'm still upset that I was lied to. I never received proper updates while my car was in either. I spent $500 for a rental car for a repair that I could have made myself and it didn't even fix the issue. My first experience with your dealership was great. This most recent experience was absolutely horrible, particularlywith Brandon.

Carmella is a ROCK STAR! There was a delay between when I picked up my BMW and when the service tech sent his video message. While the video message was great the lag time could have resulted in another trip back to the dealership. Instead Carmella went out of her way, got approval for
the warranty covered item, then sent someone to my home to pick up, fix and deliver my BMW back to me. Totally amazing and ever so much appreciat.
