Brought my car for the first time to get it detailed, washed/waxed/polished. Very disappointed in the service. Before agreeing to the service I asked Logan if the scratches on my car can be taken care of. He looked at the car and said they are only surface scratches and most likely will be resolved by the detailing service package. When my husband picked up the car he noticed the scratches are still there and even more are seen now. My husband also noticed dust on the car and part of the back trunk was not even washed. He talked to two supervisors and they were completely unhelpful and did not seem to care about our concern. Left from BMW DISAPPOINTED.

Mike was good to work with and was apologetic about our 3 hour wait for oil change and brake fluid flush. The dissatisfaction was due to the 3 hour timeframe which was far longer than any oil change appointments in my life. Mike did follow up by phone to offer additional service which was very nice since he had recognized our dissatisfaction.
