I wanted to get my replacement key programmed like my initial key. Shane was very rude about it, told me I could do it myself and then was like so you just want me to do it for you

Purchased a replacement key he gave me the price and then said we will charge you 200 to make it work on your car just like any other dealer. his words! i thought BMW wasn't supposed to be like any other dealer
asked if I would have a BMW key chain like my first key, he said if I want to buy one
there are other BMW dealers who will want to serve me with respect
Maybe he was having a bad day, I was having a bad day too my 87 yr old mother had fallen and broke her hip and arm and I needed to get to the hospital and he said well you can wait in the waiting room for up to 2 hrs for a loaner if one comes in. When I told him I wanted a ride to Buckeye I was put in a loaner within 10 mins
