I was surprised to find we needed back tires as the vehicle is not quite 2 years old and 20k miles, but not having owned a BMW before, Steve explained it all. They had to order the tires for later in the day, so Steve arranged a loaner for me before I finished a cup of coffee and free cookie. (He still owes me that cookie).
