He is awesome. He is why I keep coming to this location. I was a customer of Chapman BMW. I will stay with this location for as long as you Colin Ware as my advisor.

Self service scheduling experience was great on mobile app and website, but the service request submission may have a submission defect on mobile app and.com attempted 3x to schedule service and revived no confirmation. I then called and requested service via phone. When I arrived for my service, the gentleman didn’t see a service scheduled for me. He was unable to find me under a year and model that did not belong to my car. I also learned that the service was scheduled for 7 AM instead of 8 AM. I did not get the text for my service until 805, which was after I arrived for the appointment. I waited over an hour for a service provider to meet with me and discuss my service needs. During my phone request I had requested preferably a loaner with Lyft being secondary. When the car was complete and I went to go pick up the car, I again waited for another 30 minutes until the service provider was able to assist me. At the time my service provider was at lunch. However, I noticed that there were many other service providers available but nobody bothered to follow back up with me and check me out. I waited a total of over one and a half hours to check in and check out my vehicle on my schedule day . My service provider Sean did absolutely make it right and apologize profusely for the service. The biggest opportunity was that the staff did not take full ownership, set proper expectations or have any consistent follow through during my one and a half hours while I was waiting. However, Sean was fantastic.

Carmella is the best. Her customer service will keep all my business with Arrowhead BMW and all I can refer.

Jef is an outstanding representative for BMW and is extremely knowledgeable of the products and services. He’s patient in listening to detailed descriptions and problems presented to him during warranty claims. His clear understanding is passed to the service team which leaves no communication gaps and always ensures my vehicle gets proper attention. Logan was terrific

Colin was awesome! I just showed up without an appointment and he tried to get me in with Mike. He saw that he was busy and maybe he could get me stated. He ended up helping me start to finish very quickly, because by chance I had 2 hrs in my crazy schedule, and I left thinking maybe I should buy a new X5 instead of a new Lexus. He’s pretty much the reason that’s a decision.

Carmella was amazing my last few visits there I wasn’t really satisfied and even considered taking my car to another BMW dealership, but Carmella has changed my mind and i won’t be using any other service advisor but her.
