I couldn’t ask for a better service advisor than Mike. I am treated like a family member by Mike and staff. He goes far behind his official duties to take care of me and my wife.

Was told the wait would be under 2 hours for an oil change, but we added a tire rotation and alignment, but I was not told that it would add significant time to the estimate. I ended up taking 3 hours, and I was never updated as to the longer timeframe. Last time I was at Arrowhead for service, I had a similar experience. This is unacceptable.
