Our service advisor this time around fell short…… Took our car in for a new battery basically, but on the initial call, Shane explained “other services needed” to my wife, he was really condescending and unprofessional. He suggested new front tires and an alignment, my wife mentioned that we had done an alignment on our vehicle 2 months prior, his response was “rubber doesn’t grown on tires”, Thanks for the insight Shane. Needless to say, we just agreed on a new battery and it would take a couple hours for this to be done. It wasn’t going to be possible for us to pick car on the same day, so we agreed to pick up car the next morning and mentioned to Shane that we would need shuttle service. On the following morning, my wife called to schedule shuttle/Lyft service, and while on the phone, Shane asked for address and immediately said “it’s gonna be $150.00 dollars for a Lyft, i won’t be able to order it, it’s too expensive all the way to Buckeye” (do employees pay these services from their own paychecks?) by now my wife is very annoyed at this guy so she Thanked him and hung up. My wife immediately ordered an Uber and paid $35.00 from Buckeye to Glendale.
Not a happy customer Arrowhead.
