Mark was great. Everyone else seemed unenthusiastic about their job. Not terrible but room for improvement as far as customer service goes. I always felt more customer care from the Scottsdale dealership. It caused me to wonder if my own delivery of customer service at my job has slipped a little.

I feel that the service team at Arrowhead BMW could improve on communication skills. Our vehicle was in the shop for an entire week with little to no updates. My husband would have to call multiple times before someone would answer the phones. He would leave a message for our service advisor and never get a call back. He would have to call again the next day to figure out what was going on - a week is a really long time for anyone to be without a vehicle. We only lucked out that I was out of town and did not need a vehicle. This would have been a huge issue otherwise.
