Mike is the best BMW service writer I’ve dealt with hands down. I’ve owned 8 BMWs since 1999…and have dealt with FIVE BMW dealers in two states (Wisconsin and Arizona). Three dealers I refuse to use due to past issues. I choose to use Arrowhead while in AZ.
