I was given two separate diagnosis on two separate visits for the same oil leak. The first time I was told it was the oil pan, but when I produced a receipt for recent repair through another BMW dealer, I was told “Sorry, that was wrong information, now it is the crank shaft seal…” I have only taken this vehicle to BMW for service, and am now possibly going to seek outside assistance because I have lost trust.
