Appointment was between 8am/1200. Called Coltin. Right off he began to defend teck. He told me it's a time frame. I advised him it was 12:10. He told me he would call tech & call me back. When he called me he said his tech was 15 minutes away. I informed him I had schedule appointments in afternoon & that wasn't going to work for me. I then asked him to cancel my appointment & would gave to figure something else out. Very bad customer service. First thing this morning Coltin had texted me wanted to sell me some package. He should forced on improving customer service instead of his pocket book. If I didn't have that package of oil changes I definitely would be looking other places to service my vehicle.

It is a pity I did not have the same support from other staff regarding my missing 2nd set Keys from the beginning- never provided to me at the sale of the vehicle. Promising to send those to me.
