We set an appointment 3 weeks ago and when we arrived they could not find our appointment. Brandon stepped in and corrected the problem. We planned to wait on the recall work because it was a quick repair according to the person who set the original appointment. After we waited 2 hours(quick?) we approach Brandon who brought our car up and we left. I have purchased 6 BMW over the years and stopped after Portland BMW purchased Rasmussen and my service went to hell. Sorry but your company is a notch above Portland BMW. Good luck you need it.
