I am so Glad I have Joe as my service writer. We have 2 relatively new cars. A '22 850m comp conv. and a new 740i. We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership and this dealership is just fantastic. Joe is another part of what makes this dealership so special to us. We received excellent service and communication. We love to brag about the dealership. We are in Scottsdale and close to the Scottsdale BMW but it just does not compare to Arrowhead

Maps are not working correctly. Vehicle location is showing 2-3 blocks to the right.. it was fine before service
The right headlights are on a high beam always it seems
No quality check on vehicle.. it should be returned in same settings like it was sent in.. hey BMW was turned off..
