Mark was great and I will always keep him as my rep. He is a nice and professional person. My dissatisfaction came with the loaner car. It was almost empty of fuel and also the rules about how many miles etc I could use it without cost - it seemed very petty on BMWs part since we are in the north valley and to go to Scottsdale/ downtown Phoenix is about 30 miles. I wish i had been advised because i had doctors appts and was happy about the loaner until I realized all the conditions. Also the issue i had with my BMW appears to be widespread (emergency call failure). BMW should do a widespread recall on that battery. Online it is an issue with everyone and to charge 900 for it is intense when we only had the car one year!
