My only suggestion is to figure out an app where we can easily communicate and ask questions. Especially when booking and I inadvertently caused confusion by asking for my car to be picked up and delivered instead of a loaner. Thinking their has to be an easier way than the text to webmail type of communication.
Beyond that, simply amazing service, treatment and communication. ??

Service advisor and tech did their jobs, no complaints there. My grievance is the fact that i was out of warranty by 400 miles and charged 600 and some change for an oil change and two air filter replacements. Seems a bit excessive but i agreed to it, so shame on me for not researching before hand. Wish i couldve made time to get in during the holiday season to take care of this under warranty. New tire estimates were higher than competitors.
