Took car in for a check engine light, which went away before my visit. Service took it in around 9:56 and took 1.5 hours for a multi point inspection. Agreed to perform programming work on it with car wash around 12:20. I wasn’t satisfied because it took longer than promised, as I was promised around 12:20 car would finish everything between 45 min to an hour. Didn’t get out until it is 2:50. Was told it was because of car wash, but I think it’s unreasonable to make a customer to wait that long despite promises. I know you perform a great job, but I was disappointed as you didn’t keep up with promises.
